Thunder Angels
Welcome to the Thunder Angels. Thunder Angels Events
We are an all women's motorcycle group in Panama City, Florida. Our organization is for women of all ages. We do not require that you own or even ride a motorcycle, but do share the love of the open road, biker camaraderie, and enjoy the sound of motorcycles . We support many charities, primarily Breast Cancer. Each October our membership sponsors "The Tickled Pink Breast Cancer Awareness Poker Run" which proceeds benefit "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer".
We meet on the first Monday of each month at different locations around Panama City and Panama City Beach.
The Thunder Angels, an all female group, was founded on April 30, 2001 in Panama City, Florida. Eight women riders came together at the first meeting and the THUNDER ANGELS were off and riding. They came together to promote a common goal that is an awareness of women riders and how much fun it is to be on the open road. The Thunder Angels from the beginning make it quite clear: "We're in it for the ride!"
The Thunder Angels are as diverse as their bikes and have all levels of riding experience, from the beginner to the most experience rider. "It doesn't matter what you ride, as long as you ride."
Our members enjoy monthly organized rides, fund raising activities and spontaneous rides. These rides emphasize safety, community involvement and having fun.
If you're interested in joining the THUNDER ANGELS, we are open to new members, even if you don't own a motorcycle come check us out. Our dues are $25 per year.
It's a girl thang...It might just change your life!
